(Antalosky), 90, born December 15th, 1927, died on January 3, 2018. A lifelong resident of Windber, and a graduate of Windber High School, Ann was an accomplished seamstress with Bestform, retiring in 1989. While at Bestform, she shared her sewing expertise with family and friends with both extensive bridal dress construction and essential garment repairs. She continued her love of sewing and crafting after her retirement, and has passed along her sewing machines to her granddaughter. Ann was a member of St. Marys Byzantine Catholic Church, Windber, since birth, and regularly prepared communion bread and ironed linens for the priest, following in the footsteps of her mother, Mary (Rizak) Antalosky in church service. In later life, Ann moved closer to family in Pittsburgh, and had a wonderful time living at Rosebrook Senior Living in Sarver since 2016. Ann is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Holot (Peter) and granddaughter, Lesley Marie Holot (Max Voelz), all of Pittsburgh, and son-in-law Vernon Lee Rogers of Johnstown. She was preceeded in death by her daughter, Susan Marie Rogers, in 2004. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the William Kisiel Funeral Home, Windber. Father Robert Oravetz, officiating. Private interment at the church cemetery following the service.
