73, of Johnstown, went home to be with God February 10, 2018. Born February 28, 1944 daughter of Alja and Annie B. (Johnson) Williams. Preceded in death by parents and husband William Lewis, Sr., brother Andrew Thomas and sister Lisha Williams. Survived by her children William Jr. (Victoria) of CA, Darryl (Tracy), Edward and Aaron Lewis of Johnstown, Takeesha Lewis-Jones (John) of Pittsburgh and Special son Michael Jones. Her siblings Betty Marie Noble, Jacqueline Wilson, Violet Williams, Nita Murphy, Julianne Williams, Alja Williams Jr., Leroy Johnson, Edward Johnson (Shirley), Richard Johnson (Carolyn), Robert Thomas (Dessie) and Tyrone Thomas. Also 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a host of cousin, nieces and nephews. Betty retired from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown after a 34 year career as an Administrative Aide. She was a faithful member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church where she served in many capacities. She served with the Senior Employment Program and held offices in Deborah grand Chapter Order of Eastern Star, Conemaugh Chapter #55 and Mecca temple #294 I.B.P.O.E. of W. Family and friends will be received from 5-8 PM Friday at St. James Missionary Baptist Church where her Homegoing Service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, the Rev Dr. Ralph E.
