49, Loretto, passed away Sunday April 21, 2019 peacefully at her home after an extended illness. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Herman and Nancy (McMullen) Clauto. Siblings, Marsha (Jim) McGroarty, Robert (Lori) Clauto, and Jeanine (Gary) Mancuso along with numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family. Chrysa lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed socializing with friends, reading books, country living, watching sunsets from her porch, and playing with her German Shepherds: Ruger and Rocco. Her greatest joy was being Mom and raising her children. Chrysa loved her family beyond measure saying, "I got the life I wanted". She always maintained a cheerful and hopeful attitude despite her illness and never complained. Chrysa was the most kind and generous person who always put other people first. She was an inspiration to everyone who knew her, and will be forever remembered for her smile and radiant personality. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Chrysa's memory to the 1889 Foundation (Johnstown, PA), Penn Cambria Pink Panther Organization (Cresson, PA.) or Little Pink Houses of Hope (Burlington, NC). www.gibbonsfhashvillecoalport.com

It is with a heavy that I write this. Please accept my sincerest condolences in dearest Chrysa’s passing. I was honored to have known her and to have been involved in her care at Dr. Sbeitan’s office. Her outer and innner beauty, thoughtfulness, generosity, strength, positive attitude, kindness, and sweet disposition touched so many and was an inspiration to all who knew her and who will miss her terribly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and hope that the many wonderful memories that you have of sweet Chrysa will give you comfort.💗🙏🏻
