PETRUSIC - Dorothy M., 90, of Scalp Level Church of the Brethren Home, formerly of Johnstown's West End, passed away December 22, 2017 at Windber Hospice. Born January 30, 1927 in Johnstown, the youngest daughter of Marko and Milka Moncilovich. Preceded in death by her parents, husband of 51 years Frank, brother Michael, and sisters Elizabeth Askins and Mildred Pavich. Last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by daughter Judith, married to Neil Robinson, Annandale, VA; son Frank P. Jr., married to the former Judy Migas, Richland; son Mark, married to the former Mary Elizabeth Stofko, Millsboro, DE; and daughter Nancy, Moon Township, Pittsburgh. Also survived by six grandchildren: Eric, married to the former Laura Reed, Lake Mary, FL; Jason, married to the former Jaime Prough, York, PA; Peter, married to the former Casey Denk, Great Meadows, NJ; Luke, Washington DC; David, Middletown, OH; and Rachel, Centreville, VA. Also survived by three great-grandsons: Adam, Grant, and Benjamin Petrusic; two great-granddaughters: Bronwyn and Megan Petrusic; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graduate of Johnstown High School - class of 1944. Retired LPN from Lee Hospital where she also served as a patient care volunteer following her retirement. Also worked in past years in the Cambria Public Library, Johnstown. Member of the former St. Rochus Catholic Church where she served on the Parish Council, was a member of the St. Rochus Ladies Guild, and was known for baking her famous homemade bread for parish activities. Friends will be received Tuesday, December 26 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the FRANCIS G. OZOG FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 710 Broad St. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Wednesday December 27 at Resurrection Catholic Church, the Rev. George Gulash officiating. Internment at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Dorothy requested that memorial contributions be made to Windber Hospice, Scalp Level Church of the Brethren Home or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
