Growing up as a member of the Greek community in Johnstown, I will always remember Effie and Gus as two people whose enormous personalities filled the room. Our deepest sympathies to Effie's entire extended family. May her memory be eternal.

May dear Effie’s memory be eternal and ALWAYS filled with great love. From my earliest childhood memories of gatherings at my family home, Effie and Gus were indeed the “life of the party”. A truly wonderful couple. May they now be dancing together and blessing their beloved sons from above. My heartfelt and sincere condolences to the entire family. She will be remembered as a great lady..

May sweet Effie’s memory be eternal and always filled with the great love she embodied. As a child, I recall Gus and Effie as being “the life of the party” (as my brother Denny would say) many happy memories of gatherings at my parents’ home. My most sincere heartfelt condolences to the entire wonderful Zambia’s family. Every blessing always..
