Dorothy, so sorry to hear that Lynn has passed away, but I know he is with family in heaven. Daddy sure was crazy about him. I will never forget the trains in the cellar. That was one of the must sees when we were visiting Grandma at Christmas. I will miss talking family with him when we come up. Love to you. Betty

I grew up next to The Carters.Mr Carter was a good friend of my dad, Al Lloyd. They shared many fun times and were both on the Johnstown PD. I saw Mr Carter at my dad funeral. I am so sorry for the loss of Lynn Carter. He was always a great guy! May he Rest In Peace.
