99, of Westwood, died on December 31, 2017 at Richland Woods. Born October 27, 1918 in Conemaugh, son of Earl H. and Mary Ellen (Jones) St. Clair.Preceded in death by his parents, wife Diana, son Jacob T., and siblings Earl, Rhue, Della Wagner, Catherine Ressler, and Betty McClain. Survived by his loving children Linda wife of Tim Mihalic, Diana Lynn wife of Joe Regino, Sueann wife of Dave Barron, Kenneth married to Michelle (Fochtman), Jeffrey married to Kim (Hutzell) and Greg married to Kim (Martyak), 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, daughter in law Jan (Anderson), sister Annabel Machak. Jacob graduated from New Florence High School where he was named Valedictorian. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII. He attended Penn State University and graduated from Cambria Rowe Business College. He was a self employed accountant and retired from the Accounting Department at Bethlehem Steel. He served as secretary of the Old Timers Association for over 50 years and was also inducted into the AAABA Oldtimers Hall of Fame. He was a lifetime member of the New Florence VFW. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother who will be sadly missed. Friends will be received from 2 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Therese Church. Rev. Bernard Karmonocky, O.F.M. Entombment, Grandview Mausoleum. Military Ritual will be conducted by Conemaugh Valley Marine Corps. League Detachment 287.
