95, Johnstown, Pa., passed into the hands of the Lord on June 21, 2017. Born April 14, 1922, in Ebensburg, son of James C. and Elizabeth E. (Paul) Stineman. An attorney, he practiced law in Johnstown from 1947 to 2015. He received his B.A. from Dickinson College and his LL.B from the Dickinson School of Law. Was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. Member of the Cambria County Bar Association and the Lemon L. Smith Clinic Board of Directors. Served in the United States Army during World II as a combat infantryman in the Seventh Armored Division and participated in intense fighting in France and Germany. Friends received from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 10 a.m. Tuesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Avenue, with Rev. Alice Tondora officiating. Interment, Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg.
