77, Nicktown, passed away November 19, 2017, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born February 24, 1940, in Spangler, the son of Clarence and Rita (Miller) Endler. Preceded in death by parents; and first wife, Linda (Nagle). Survived by loving wife of 50 years, Donna (Phillips) Endler; daughters, Wendy, wife of Drew Cunningham, Hastings; Rita Endler, Beaver Falls; Renee Kirkpatrick, Nicktown; Son-in-law, Sean Kirkpatrick, Nicktown; grandchildren, Rebecca Greenstein, Kimberly (Michael) Davies, Paige Kirkpatrick and Gracie Kirkpatrick. Also survived by brother, Thomas (Darlene) Endler, Fredericksburg, VA and many nieces and nephews. Member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Retired coal miner, having worked at Barnes & Tucker Co., Greenwich Collieries and Rox Coal. Rich was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved attending the awards banquets, piano recitals, sporting events and activities of his granddaughters of whom he was most proud. He was greatly blessed by his family and special friends who helped him live to the fullest for many years during his illness. The Endler family will be forever grateful for the kindness of friends, Dave and Jean Zemlock who traveled with him to many appointments making sure he was always comfortable and had the best of care; Ed and Bonnie DeFazio for taking him on outings and fishing, lifting his spirits, as well as being care-givers to Rich; and the staff and physicians of DCI, Hastings and Resta Home Health who were outstanding in their care and assistance. Friends will be received from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon Saturday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Fr.
