66, of Johnstown passed away suddenly at his cottage in Everett. Born October 31, 1950, in Johnstown the son of the late Mitchell and Olga (Mosorjak) Nardecchia. Also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Nardecchia and beloved companion, Buddy. He is survived by his loving wife Karin (Jones) Nardecchia; daughter, Debra Lee (Nardecchia) Johnson, Indiana; and sister, Shirley, wife of Gregory Confer, Harrisburg; brothers-in-law: Kevin (Brenda) Jones; John (Dolores) Jones; nieces and nephews: Douglas (Chong-ae); Christy Graffius; Amanda; Aaron (Sheila) and Ethan Confer; special little girl, Bella Sossong; and his loyal companion, Nate. Also survived by great nieces: Christy Lynn; Brittany; Maegan; Brooke and great-great-nephew, Grayson. Paul was a 1969 graduate of Johnstown High School; was employed by Bethlehem Steel Corp; Johnstown America Corporation and Med-Van. A US Army Veteran, Paul was an avid golfer and bowler who bowled a perfect 300 game. All who knew Paul also knew of his life-long love of the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball team. He will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad St. where funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. The family has requested no floral arrangements be sent.
