Yvonne was my best friend whom I loved with all my heart. We used to have fun at the grocery store shopping. She was such a thrifty shopper. We would listen to her favorite country singer Waylon Jennings almost every day.And we cooked together.I learned so much from her.She was one tough lady.May God bless her and her family.I loved her and am missing her.

Shortly after i met her son Tim, I had the privilege to meet his mom Yvonne. And it didn't take long for me to know how special she was. And also realize her good cooking is going to be a problem for my waistline. She loved being in the kitchen. I will miss all her stories she would share about the family she loved.I will miss you dear Yvonne. You are finally with the husband you loved. Forever in my ❤

A few of my favorite moments with Yvonne. Not a dull moment with her, or an empty stomach.

Yvonne was a dear friend and neighbor of ours for many years here in San Marcos, CA. We have shared many good times together. She started teaching my daughter Hannah how to bake when she was old enough to hold a rolling pin and me how to cook at 30!! Even after all these years, Hannah would say," it's good, but not like Yvonne's."

My fondest memories by far are all our jaunts to Las Vegas. It was more than just the destination that made it great, it was the 5 hour ride full of conversation, laughter, and tears. Thank you Yvonne for being you. I will miss you my dear friend.
-Always your Vegas Bubba

Mom was a strong, thoughtful woman. She taught me to be prepared for the hardships in life, organization and many of the skills necessary for day to day living. I have memories of the trips as a child to many parks, beaches and zoo's. I will miss our daily phone conversations and her voice. Hope Dad and you are together again.
