96, of Graystone Manor, formerly of Westmont, died August 2, 2017. Born November 19, 1920 in Ellsworth PA. Daughter of the late William and Helen Palomba. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank W. Romeo, sisters Edith Rigo and Virginia Spina and brother William Palomba and wife Myra. Survived by sister Mary Jane Reese Lacey wife of Perry of Somerset and Florida. Nieces and nephews Pamela Radbill, Davis CA; Elena Bartlett, Grantham, PA; Myran Palomba, Pardeville WI; Perry Palomba, West Virgina; Amy Radbill, Ardmore PA: Matthew Radbill, Washington DC; Bonnie Jurjans, FL; Sandy Hamilton, FL; Diane DiPre, CA; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Ethel was a graduate of Boswell High School Class of 1938 and from Cambria Rowe Business College. She worked for the Federal Government for 32 years. She owned and operated Furniture Manor in Johnstown for many years with her husband Frank. Friends received from 3 to 7 p.m. on Monday August 7, 2017 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, Very Rev. Mark S. Begly. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
