John Henry Jr., 82, Vineland, N.J., passed away at home June 28, 2017. Born Aug. 22, 1934, in Mineral Point, son of John H. Boxler Sr & Elizabeth (Young) Boxler. Preceded in death by parents; first wife, Naomi (Roush); second wife, Faye (Mellot-Page (the late Jack); sons, Andrew (infant), Russell and Wm. Joseph "Joey"; grandson, Rusty; sisters, Barbara Boxler and Helen Sell; brothers, William Young, Sylvester Dwayne and Harry "Hubba" Boxler. Survived by son, John H. III, Millville, N.J.; daughters, Julie, at home, and Mary, married to Frank Anastasio, Vineland, N.J.; and grandchildren, John H. IV and Nina. Also great-grandson, John H. V, Millville, N.J.; sisters, Betty (the late Don) Loncala, Mineral Point, and Claire Jean Boxler, Johnstown; brothers, Robert (Joan) and Ronald "Red" (Janet), Fayetteville, and Donald (Brenda), Mont Alto; sisters-in-law, Mary Young, Arizona; Betty Boxler, Fayetteville; and Kathy Boxlerm Wisconsin.; stepsons and very close friends, who were like sons to him, Kevin and Tom Page, Vineland, N.J.; and numerous nieces and nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews and many close friends. A U.S. Army veteran and retired from Owens-Illinois Glass, Vineland, N.J. A member of Windy Hill Hunting Camp, Snow Shoe, Pa. He liked to grow tomatoes and peppers and give them away.
