89, Acosta, died August 17, 2017. Born July 7, 1928 in Quecreek. Son of Frank and Mary (Scudiero) Zanoni. Preceded in death by parents, sister Joan Roose and her husband Bill and brother Rudy and his wife Josephine. Survived by wife of 65 years Agnes I. (Tims) Zanoni; children Joseph (Pam) Zanoni, Suzanne (Gary) Soha, Brian (Connie) Zanoni, Trina (Doug) Clay, Kevin (Julie) Zanoni and Lisa (Randy) Lundborg; grandchildren Jennifer Zanoni, Steven Zanoni, David (Nicole) Zanoni, Ben (Julie) Soha, Emily (Craig) Neff, Jonathan (Cayla) Zanoni, Cassandra (Eli) Tomlinson, Michael (Britiany) Stout, Michelle (Mark) Younkin, Ryan Zanoni and Hannah Lundborg; great grandchildren Nathaniel Zanoni, Maria Soha, Hayden, Sierra and Liam Zanoni, Gavin and Max Stout and Braylon Younkin and brother James Zanoni. Member Somerset Aerie 1801 FOE and Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Charter member of Somerset County Oldtimers Baseball Association. Past area coal miner and was also employed by the former Crane Company, Somerset. Retired Foreman for Penn D.O.T. with 23 years of service. A private family viewing will be held. Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset with Rev. Fr. Daniel J. O'Neill, celebrant. Committal Somerset County Memorial Park.
