Agnes L. Santoro
Santoro, Agnes L., 88, Johnstown, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2019 at home. Born November 8, 1931 in Johnstown; daughter of the late Russell and Helen (Kelly) Davis. Preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, William (Bill) Santoro; sister, Corinne Scott; and loving daughter, Dean Anne Santoro. She is survived by her son, John Santoro; grandson, Justin Santoro and his wife Ashley; granddaughter, Alexis Santoro. Those that knew her, knew she was a very kind and caring person, generous, and loyal. She was always willing to listen to others problems and attempt to help them through whatever the issue. She was an avid reader and enjoyed history, especially anything pertaining to the Civil War. To start her day she loved the challenge of solving the daily crossword puzzle, which she always accomplished with ease. She will be sadly missed by many. A graveside service will be held at 11 A.M. on November 29, 2019 at Grandview Cemetery, 801 Millcreek Road, Johnstown, PA. Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Ave., "Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care." Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com

Ag was a wonderful, intelligent and loving woman. I will always cherish the fondest memories of her, Dena and I through the years.
She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

John and Family, our deepest sympathy on your Mom's passing. I feel horrid that I lost touch 2 yrs. ago being caught up in our own stupid problems. I say a little prayer for her every time I dust my end table and pick up the Williamsburg Cookbook she gave me that she purchased on a trip down here shortly after she and your Dad were married Sept. 16, 1959. She was such a kind, thoughtful person! Rest in peace Ag!

My sincere condolences to the extended Santoro family. May she rest in peace. Agnes will now be joining Bill and Dena, though their memories will live on.
