Hollidaysburg, Pa - HOLTZ - Alberta "Bertie," 99, Hollidaysburg, formerly of Patton, passed away July 16, 2026, at Garvey Manor, Hollidaysburg. She was born Oct. 29, 1926, in Patton, the daughter of the late Jacob and Victoria (Tokash) Kielbowick. Alberta was preceded in death by her husband, Clement B. Holtz, who passed away April 4, 2004; daughter, Denise M. Weakland Paronish; grandson, Michael Weakland Jr.; sisters, Mary Kline and Frances Kline; six brothers; and son-in-law, Michael Weakland Sr. She is survived by children: Dianne L. Litzinger, Patton, and Donna J. (Peter) Kashuk, Johnstown, OH; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Stok, Cadiz, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. Alberta was a 1946 graduate of Patton High School. She worked at the Van Huesen Shirt Factory, Patton, for many years and retired from Laurel Crest Manor, Ebensburg. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton, and enjoyed country music, sewing and baking. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Ave., Patton, Pa 16668, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 907 6th Ave., Patton, by Benedictine Fathers. Committal, St. Lawrence Cemetery, Patton.
