Angeline A." Nellie" Leap Obituary
92, passed away November 9, 2016, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late George and Blanche Solarczyk. Preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, John W. (Bill) and nine brothers and six sisters. Loving and devoted mother of Carol (Kenneth) Reber, Pottstown, PA; John (Mary) Hollidaysburg, PA; Teresa (Larry) Kozak, Lilly; and Mirian (Frank) Wyland, Lilly. Also, 11 grandchildren, Cynthia (Reber) Warrall, Jennifer (Leap) Smith, Jeffrey Reber, John Leap, Karen (Reber) Smith, Brian Leap, Laura Kozak, Matthew Reber, Angeline (Leap) Pavlik, Brad Wyland and Jill Wyland; also 13 great-grandchildren. Nellie was a 1942 graduate of Lilly High School an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed cooking and baking. As a mother and homemaker, she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an associate member of the Legion of Mary and had a fervent devotion to the Blessed Mother. Family and friends received Sunday 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday where a vigil will be held at Thomas F. Cloherty Funeral Home. Funeral Mass Monday 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Alleghenies Catholic Church, Lilly Rev. Msgr. John R. Sasway, celebrant. Committal, St. Brigid's Cemetery, Lilly. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Lilly Vol. Fire Co. or Lilly Wash. War Memorial.
