Ann Yurcisin Obituary
Ann Melanie Yurcisin, 76, was born into eternal life June 9, 2023.
She is predeceased by her parents Pani Anna (Popovich) and Very Reverend Protopresbyter John Yurcisin and more than twenty aunts, uncles and cousins. She is survived by Ann (Yurcisin) and Harry Koehnlein, Evelyn (Yurcisin) Houston, Dan and Lynne Yurcisin,
many Yurcisin, Popovich and Fisanick cousins, extended family members, special neighbors Susan Kalcik and Nick Bocher and Coco, her cat.
Ann Melanie is remembered by her family, neighbors, friends, colleagues and parishioners as a loving, caring person who always commemorated birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions with hand-made cards, a phone call or a "thought gift". For one aunt's 80th birthday party, she created a pinata decorated as a stuffed cabbage (halupki) to the whole family's delight. One cousin who who spend a lot of time with her in Ohio said she had supreme empathy for others, was strong in her faith, and had a hilarious sense of humor.
