Windber, PA - (Krise), 99, Windber, passed away June 5, 2025, at the Patriot Manor in Somerset. Born April 22, 1926, in Windber, daughter of the late Elvy and Susan (Rose) Krise. Preceded in death by brothers, Clifford, Clyde, Forest and Dean; also by sisters, Betty, Marjorie and Carol. Survived by loving daughters, Christine A., married to Coy Shaffer; and Teresa I., married to Jerry Neri; grandchildren, Cary Shaffer, Kevin Shaffer, Lee Neri and Gina Neri; great-grandson, Carson Shaffer; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Beatrice was a devout Catholic, a faithful life member of SS. Cyril & Methodius Church in Windber. She was a former member of the "FOE" Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and the Windber American Legion Ladies Auxiliary where she served as a cook for many years. Beatrice loved the Windber community, church, fishing and above all else spending time with her family. At the request of Beatrice, a private viewing and funeral will be held to honor her at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber, with Fr. Larry, officiating. Committal next to her husband at Richland Cemetery.
