Tulsa, OK - Broadwater - Charlotte Lee (McFeaters Collier), 79, of Pennsylvania, passed away surrounded by family on October 20, 2025. She was born on July 17, 1946, in Allegheny County, the daughter of Charles Scott and Goldie Melissa McFeaters. After the passing of her parents in 1952, Charlotte was raised by her uncle and aunt, Angus and Ruth Saltsgiver.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her aunt and uncle who raised her, two sisters, one brother, her beloved granddaughter, Nicole, and the love of her life, her husband, Larry Broadwater.

Charlotte is survived by her four children: Terry Collier Jr. (Tammi), Wendy Peer (Shai), Cindy Weierbach (Dayne), and Toni Congersky (William). She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren — Terry III, Ashley, Joseph, Ethan, Aaron, Allie, J.J., Azzayah, Matia, Abigail, Ryder, and Jacques, and great-grandchildren, Jaylen and Cameron James. She is also survived by her nieces, Jennifer and Tina, and their families.

In keeping with Charlotte's wishes, there will be no formal services. Friends and loved ones are invited to raise a glass in her honor and remember the good times shared together.
