Windber, PA - CADWALLADER - Charlotte, 78, Windber, passed away on June 7, 2026. Born Aug. 5, 1947, to the late Richard and Josephine (Markhum) Perry. Preceded in death by first husband, Charles Cinko; grandson, Gary Updyke Jr.; sister, Virginia Perry; and brothers, Ed and Tom Perry. Survived by loving husband, John Cadwallader Jr.; children, Carol Cinko, Kelly Updyke (Gary), Mike Cinko, Dianna Knipple (Bill), Brian Cinko, Alison Cadwallader, and Lynette Thomas; grandchildren, Courtney Updyke, Michael Cinko, Cameron Cinko, Bradley Sowerbrower, Kalena Slusher, Johnathan Slusher, Kia Cinko, Bobbie Thomas, and Toby Thomas; great-grandchildren, Nova, Chason, Emma, and Bo; sister, Patricia Newman; brother, Mel Perry; and numerous nieces and nephews. Charlotte enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and riding the motorcycle with her husband. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. There will be no services at this time.
