Arnold - Daphne Vivien, 18 months old, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, after a lifelong battle with Epidermolysis Bullosa. She was born on May 12, 2023, in Fort Belvoir, VA, a daughter of Cole M. and Veronica (Jeffries) Arnold, of Vienna, VA. Also surviving are one brother, Blake M. Arnold, who lives at home; paternal grandfather, Raymond T. Arnold and wife Robin, of Bedford; maternal grandmother, Lori A. Coslow and husband Robbie M., of Johnstown; maternal grandfather, Brian A. Jeffries and wife Heather, of Bedford; paternal great-grandfather, Donald E. Clark, of Bedford; paternal great-grandmother, Della Jane Scritchfield, widow of David Scritchfield, of Bedford; maternal great-grandmother, Carolyn Batwinis, widow of CAPT James E. Batwinis, of St. Augustine, FL; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Jane Jeffries, widow of John E. Jeffries, of Everett; two aunts: April R.J. Becker and husband Brandon, of Bedford; Lana R. Arnold and partner Jason, of Johnstown; two uncles: James A. Jeffries and partner Haley, of Tolland, CT; and Thomas E. Jeffries, of Johnstown; and many cousins.

Despite her illness, Daphne was happy, joyful baby.
