David "Dave" S. Logar, 53, of Denver, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at his home.

He was born in Johnstown, PA, son of Daniel W. and Mary A. (Henry) Logar and was the husband of Justine (Ceklosky) Logar, with whom he would have celebrated 30 years of marriage on July 2nd.

He was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ephrata. He enjoyed spending time with his family, biking, golfing, playing board games, reading books, watching movies, and his 1994 Toyota Corolla, having driven it over 500,00 miles. He also enjoyed watching his Tottenham Hotspurs and was a lifelong Pitt football fan attending games with his family.

A 1989 graduate of Girard High School and 1993 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh - Johnstown, Dave worked as a software developer for most of his career and recently worked as a system analyst.

In addition to his parents and wife, Dave is survived by 2 children, Timothy Logar and Kayla Logar; 2 brothers, Doug Logar, husband of Audrey (Ceklosky) Logar, Daniel Logar, husband of Tracy; and numerous nieces and nephews including his Goddaughter Ashley (Logar) Martino, wife of Alex Martino, and Michael Logar, husband of Nikki (Brennan) Logar.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Edward and Grace Logar, maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Francis Henry, both his father-in-law and his mother-in-law, Michael A. and Mary Priscilla Ceklosky.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024, 11:00 am at Our Mother of Perpetual Help, 320 Church Ave., Ephrata, with Fr. Paul J. Borowski, C.Ss.R. as celebrant. A greeting of guests will follow.
