South Fork, PA - KOSTAN - Delores Jean "Dee" (Bartko), 89, South Fork, died Aug. 5, 2026. Born March 24, 1937, in St. Michael, daughter of the late John Sr. and Nellie (Smith) Bartko. Preceded in death by husband, William S. "Bill" Kostan, who died June 23, 2023; sister, Ann Driscoll; and brother, John Jr. Survived by children, Deborah; Jeffrey "Butch," married Michelle (Wolfhope); Rebecca, married Robert Single; Brian, married Tess (Ruddek); and Kimberly, married John Snyder; grandchildren, Montana, Savannah, and Sierra; Jared (Kayla), Jason (Anastasia), and Jamie (Caleb); Briana (Zach) and Megan (Sean); Alexis; and Tyson and Taylor; great-grandchildren, Anna, Jack, Claire, Ava, Gavin, Gabe, Aubrie, Kaysen, Kendall, Joseph, and Matthew; and sister, Martha, wife of Charles Rhoades. Dee was a graduate of Adams-Summerhill High School, Class of 1955. She retired from Forest Hills School District, and a devout member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church. Dee especially enjoyed time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to attend the funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, 2026, at St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, St. Michael, celebrant the Rev. Fr. Jerzy Auguscik, OFM CONV.
