Johnstown, Pennsylvania - SCHRADER - Delores E. "Dolly," 90, formerly of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2025, at Hilltop Heights Care Facility. She was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Winnebago, Illinois, the daughter of Alvin and Erma (Rowland) Denekas. Preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Judith Russo. Survived by her loving daughters, Tami, married to Jack Buchan, of Johnstown, and Wendy Schrader, of West Virginia. Also survived by her grandchildren, Matthew Schrader, Jennifer Harris, Trevor Holland, Sara Buchan, Alison Buchan, and Lindsay Dorian (Kevin), and her great-grandchildren, June, Rowan, Elle, Kristen, Donovan, Bryce, Zayden and Zayah, Bella and Colby. Also survived by Raymond Schrader, her former husband and father of her children. Dolly was a dedicated employee of Kroger Co. for 40 years. She also was an active member of her church and loved singing in the choir. For the past 19 years, she was a resident of Hilltop Heights Care Facility where she had many loving caretakers. Her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life. She so looked forward to every holiday when she could spend time with her family. Friends will be received Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. A funeral service will follow on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
