Donna Sue Brossett (Heming), 73, of Columbus, Georgia died Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Brossett was born October 29, 1947 in New Florence, PA. daughter of the late Thomas B. and Laura Cramer Heming. She was a member of Hunter Road Baptist Church in Cataula, Ga., and worked for 25 years with Alabama Electric and most recently with Jordan Electric Company. Donna loved spending time with family and her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel, QVC, Sports, Baking and sewing.

Other than her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband Leslie P. Brossett, son, Troy Brossett and her siblings, Helen Rummel, Thomas Heming, Lila Mae Kiger, Harold Heming, Janet Garland, Violet Berkhamer, Homer Heming, David Heming, Roberta Heming, Gary Heming and Mary Ellen Brett.

Survivors include her son Nathan Brossett and his wife Brittany of Columbus, Georgia, grandchildren, Caroline Brossett, Whitney Lang, Grayson and Hudson Durham. She is also survived by her siblings, Roy Heming and wife Peggy, Carl Heming and wife Delores, and Bobby Heming and wife Bonnie along with several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, December 03, 2020 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, Georgia 31907 with Rev. Brad Parker officiating. The family will receive friends following the services at the funeral home. A private interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery.
