Hollosopple, PA - 87, Hyasota, went to be with the Lord on March 7, 2026, at home. Born on September 18, 1938, in Johnstown, daughter of George W. and Emma L. (Harshberger) Pfaff. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer L. Platt; sisters, Sarah C. "Sally" Ringler, and Shirley Jean Bozich; and brother-in-law, Tom E. Platt. She is survived by her loving nieces, Lu Ann Ringler, Richland; Kimberly Bozich, Ferndale; Shara (Telford) Miller, Moxham; Amanda (Mike) Walters, Jerome; nephews, Nelson "Skip" (Brenda) Ringler, Richland, Adam Platt, Hyasota; special sister-in-law, Bonnie Platt, Hyasota; brother-in-law, John (Stacy) Platt, Cresson, and Matthew Bozich, Richland; several great-nieces and nephews. Duke was a 1956 graduate of Johnstown High School. She was a member of Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. Duke was employed at Bali Bra, Cenwest Bank, and Fi-Hoff Concrete for many years and later retired from Harris Funeral Home as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed word searches and reading her Bible. Most of all Duke loved spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon on Thursday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with the Rev.
