Dr. Charles J., DO, 73, Johnstown, passed away July 14, 2017, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born May 19, 1944, in Johnstown, son of Charles J. Sr. and Emma "Dot" (Harbay) Kaczey. Preceded in death by parents and infant brother. Survived by wife, Angela (Ramjas) Kaczey, and sons, Christopher J., and Nicholas J., all of Johnstown. Dr. Kaczey was a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and a member of the A.O.A., and A.C.N.
