99, of Cumberland formerly of Hyndman died Sunday April 19, 2020 at Cumberland Healthcare. Born March 16, 1921 in Rockwood, PA; she was a daughter of the late John Patterson and Binnie Pearl (Koontz) Speicher. She was also preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Franklin Van Scoyoc; a son, John R. Van Scoyoc, daughters, Mary Beth Bruck, Susan Gayle Estep. Survived by a son, Benjamin F. Van Scoyoc III and wife Terena of Johnstown, PA; a daughter, Deborah Joan Leckemby and husband William of Hyndman; a son-in-law, Albert Bruck, 8 grandchildren, Eric Earman, Adam, Kathryn and Tiffany Van Scoyoc, Tammy Mock, Anthony Bruck, Beth Ann Clark and Patrick Bruck, and several great grandchildren. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bedford Presbyterian Church. Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic the services will be scheduled at a later date. Burial will be at Schellsburg Cemetery.
