Johnstown, PA - MORIHLATKO - Ethel M., 91, Johnstown, passed away on June 7, 2026, at Conemaugh Hospital. Born July 13, 1934, in Johnstown, daughter of Martin and Magdalene (Cibrin) Marcinek. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Anthony Morihlatko Sr.; brothers, Philip Marcinek and Martin Marcinek. Survived by loving children, Anthony Morihlatko Jr., of Johnstown; Regina "Jeannie" Yonish, and husband Joseph, of Seanor; and William Morihlatko, of Johnstown. Also survived by grandson, Derek Yonish; great-grandson, Eli Yonish; sisters-in-law, Lois and Rita Rose Marcinek; and numerous nieces and nephews. Ethel graduated from Central Catholic High School, Class of 1952, and then went on to earn her teaching degree at UPJ Pitt, and her masters of education at Indiana University of PA. She retired as a school teacher for the Blacklick Valley School District. A member of the PSEA and of Resurrection Parish. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, Scrabble and knitting. At her request, funeral service will be privately held at the convenience of the family. Committal will take place at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Resurrection Parish, Humane Society of Cambria County or to the charity of your choice in her memory. Arrangements by Francis G.
