Eugene W. LaJudice
Retired Master Sgt. Eugene LaJudice "Pep" age 80, of Smyrna, Delaware, died peacefully on Monday, February 24, 2020 with his wife and two daughters by his side.
Pep was a Vietnam Veteran and was passionate about his love for his country and instilled this in his children and grandchildren. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, he retired once again from the Central Cambria School District. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Regina and Phil LaJudice; his sister, Betty; and brothers, Tony, Sonny, and Dwayne.
Pep leaves behind his beloved bride of 59 years, Carol; his children, RaeAnn (Scott Williams), Tom (Mary), Glenn (Kim), and Tina (Mike Babenko); his grandchildren, Arielle (Alex Vazquez), Ashley (Nolan Matthews), Blair, Macie (Cody Lesieur), Riley, and Logan; his great grandchildren, Aryana, and soon to be baby boy, Boston. He is also survived by his two brothers, Kevin (Ida), and Bob; and his two sisters, Cora (Roy Davis), and Theresa (Jim Sutt).
His favorite past time was being with his wife and family. He loved golfing with his sons and he was a Mechanic and truly a jack-of-all-trades. He was totally involved in all aspects of his kids and grandkids lives. He will be remembered most for his endless love of his wife-his best friend of almost 60 years. He will truly be missed. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 6 to 8 PM in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 South Main Street in Smyrna. A second viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 11 AM in the Funeral Home, where services will start at 12:30 PM. Burial with military honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, Delaware. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.fariesfuneralhome.com.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my good friend Pep. Growing up in Revloc with him and later being so fortunate to work with him at the Central Cambria Middle School. He truly was a great guy!
