83, State College, formerly of Lilly, passed away August 25, 2018 in State College. He
was born July 25, 1935 in Lilly and was the son of the late Thomas A. and Veronica (Bender) Duffy. He is preceded in death by his brother Thomas. Survived by brother Charles and Wife Gena Duffy, Pittsburgh, and 7 nieces and nephews. Frank was a 1953 graduate of Lilly Washington High School and Indiana University of PA with a BA degree in teaching. He taught in Teaneck, NJ. and in Hempfield Township, PA. A special thanks to Frank's two close friends in State College for their friendship, assistance and care during his recent illness. Family and friends will be received Thursday August 30, 2018 from 12:30 to 2:30 PM at
THOMAS F. CLOHERTY FUNERAL HOME, LILLY. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 3:00 P.M. Thursday, August 29, 2018 at Our Lady of The Alleghenies Catholic Church, Main Street, Lilly. Father Kevin Queally, celebrant. Committal will be at St. Brigid's Cemetery, Lilly.
