Johnstown, PA - SLEZAK - Frank M., 78, of Johnstown, passed away Oct. 2, 2025. Born Aug. 18, 1947, in Johnstown, the son of Frank M. and Helen S. (Drzal) Slezak. Preceded in death by parents, and good friend, Bette Meek. Survived by brother, Robert Slezak, married to Sharon (Lynch); nieces, Jennifer Slezak, and Amy (John) Egers; nephew, Matthew (Jenna) Slezak; and great-nieces and nephews, Blake (Callie) Cassick, Coby Cassick, Dominic Egers, Ava Egers, Sophia Egers, Camden Slezak, and Kyla Slezak. Frank was a proud United States Army veteran, having served our country during the Vietnam era. He also worked for the United States Postal Service, where he later retired. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, the Rev, Anthony F. Spilka, FF, OFMC. Committal will follow at St. Casimir Cemetery.
