Davidsville, PA - ROBERTSON - Gene Craig, 98, of Davidsville, died April 1, 2026, at Laurel View Village. Born July 13, 1927, in Robinson, son of Frank L. and Emma Caroline (Cable) Robertson. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Nancy Jane; siblings, James, Ray, Ann Troska, Robert, Lillian Deltz, Agnes and Weldon; and stepson, Edwin Henderson. Survived by stepdaughter, Dawn (William) Allshouse; stepson, Michael (Donna) Henderson; grandchildren, Michelle Kozakiewicz, Shawn Allshouse, Casey Henderson, John Michael Henderson, Erin Barbag, Scott Henderson and Mark Henderson; three great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Gene attended Bolivar High School and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from Bethlehem Steel. Gene was a life member of both the Duane Boring VFW Post 9310 in Robinson, and Charles Sutton American Legion Post 128 in Bolivar. He was also a member of Palmer Presbyterian Church and received special recognition for the many hours of volunteering at Laurel View Village. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Laurel View Village Chapel with pastors Eric Lasure, Wes Yoder and Paul McCracken, officiating.
