EASH - Gerald Ray "Jerry, "87, of Hooversville, passed away March 24, 2025, at Heritage Ridge Senior Living, Johnstown. Born Sept. 2, 1937, in Johnstown, the son of Clarence F. and Katherine M. (Naugle) Eash. Also preceded in death by brother, Donald Eash. Survived by wife of 64 years, Patty L. (Ford) Eash; sons, Jeffrey P. Eash, and wife Linda; Scott R. Eash, and wife Diane; and Neal P. Eash, and wife Cynthia; daughters, Kelly L., married to David Hay, and Kristi B., married to Steve Florio; grandchildren, Katelynn, married to Kody Reighard; Travis Eash; Kayla, married to Chaze Wiant; Ryan Eash, and wife Shelby; Grant Hay; Nikolas Florio; and Lia Florio; and great-granddaughter, Finley Reighard. Jerry was a 1957 graduate of Johnstown High School. He was a retired union pipefitter for Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 354. A longtime member of Ferndale United Methodist Church, where he was a trustee and a member of the Helping Hands Sunday School class. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. He and Patty also enjoyed camping. The family would like to thank AseraCare Hospice and Heritage Ridge Senior Living for the care given to Jerry. Viewing from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 109 Church Road, Davidsville. Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Sarah Adkins, presiding. Interment, St. Thomas Lutheran Cemetery, Hooversville.
