Seward, PA - Sr., 98, Seward, passed away October 10, 2025, at Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Johnstown. Born July 19, 1927, in Jamestown, Cambria County, the son of late John and Mary (Farren) Krisko. Also preceded in death by wife Rita (Macek) Krisko, daughter Karen Krisko, and these brothers and sisters Sophie Roberts, Frank Krisko, John Krisko, Jr., Philip Krisko, Thomas Krisko, Stanley Krisko, Joseph Krisko, Anna Szuch, and Veronic Brunnett.
Survived by children Kathryn Krisko Stokes, and Jacob Krisko, both of Seward. Grandson Adam Stokes, Seward. Sister Mildred Ray, Seward.
Jacob was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward, and the UMWA. He was a decorated combat veteran of WWII having served in the US Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and his canine companions.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 425 Bridge Street, Seward. Rev. John Harrold, Officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery.
