I am truly saddened to learn of Jim’s passing. My condolences to his wife and children, and his entire family. I lost touch with Jim over the years, but I certainly never forgot him. I first met him at both our first jobs out of college at Kaiser Engineers in Arlington, VA in 1986. He and I were among several new hires to the firm that worked exceptionally well together during the early stage of our careers. Jim always had a pleasant demeanor and I especially appreciated his wonderful sense of humor. My own father, Lou Sullivan, worked for the same firm and he and Jim got along famously. Those two were continuously pulling pranks on each other. It was quite a sight. Ironically my ...father passed away 30 years ago to this exact day, and Jim was one of the first people to call me and express his condolences. He was quite a gentleman and will be truly missed.Read more

To the Fresh Family,
I have worked with Jim since he first started with me in Arlington, VA on the US Navy Trident project in 1986. We subsequently worked for ICF Kaiser, Eichleay, and Hatch. Jim exhibited leadership abilities, enthusiasm and an attitude to get the job done in all of the assignments I was witness to. He was a good friend. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
