John Michael, 61 of Lilly, passed away Tuesday November 1, 2016 quietly at his home. Born July 1, 1955, in Altoona PA. He was the son of the late James and Virginia (Chrisko) Muldoon. Preceded in death by son, Shane of Fairplay, MD; brothers James Jr. and twin brother Joel both of Lilly; sister Maura (Muldoon) Beckman, Downers, Ill. Survived by children Jared, Fairplay, MD and Dalton now serving with US Airforce and four grandchildren Kylie, Ryot, Braylen and Angelik. Brother of Paul (Martha) Hartford, AL; Ronald (Judy) Lilly; sisters; Joann (Steve) Ference, Pittsburgh PA; Patricia Hepner, Lilly, Patricia (Thomas) Sommers, Camp Hill, PA, Maureen (Gene) Synder, Jessup, MD and Doreen Bowser, Shermansdale, PA; also many nieces, nephews and friends. John was formerly employed as a pressman by Stationary House Hagerstown, MD and North American Communication, Duncansville, PA. He enjoyed fishing and was socially involved in the community and an avid fan of western movies. John will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Family and friends received Monday 4 to 8 p.m. at Thomas F. Cloherty Funeral Home, Lilly where a brief service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday evening.
