Columbus, OH - Beloved daughter of Thomas, Sr. and Zora (Gjurich) Locher; preceded in death by parents and sisters, Linda Locher Leckrone and MaryEllen Locher Burd. Judy is survived by her brothers, Thomas (Janie) and Richard (Sarah); loving nieces and nephews; and brothers-in-law, David Burd and David Leckrone. She was a graduate of Conemaugh High School, class of 1963 and Cornell University, class of 1976. Judy had a good heart and will be missed by her family and friends. May her memory be eternal.
