Johnstown, PA - LUGAR - Lawrence W., 88, Johnstown, died July 1, 2025, at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 21, 1937, in Johnstown, son of George M. and Anna (Shustrick) Lugar. Preceded in death by parents; brother, George; and sister-in-law, Loretta Lugar. Survived by wife, Carol Ann (Huntzinger); children, Christine (Fred Fyock); Catherine (Doug Morgan); George (Jessica Michalczyk); and Crystal (Robb Miller); grandchildren, Thomas Philibin, Sarah Fyock, Daniel Morgan, David Morgan, Matelyn Lugar, and Nathan Lugar; brother, James; and nephew, James Lugar, and his son, Dylan. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. He was a retired electrician from Bethlehem Steel and Johnstown Wire Technologies. He was a U.S. Army veteran. At the request of the family, there will be no viewing. Funeral service will be private. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the Lugar family.
