Leonard W. Nadonley
86, Windber, passed away July 20, 2019 at Windber Hospice. Born February 15, 1933 in Windber. Son of the late Clemens and Mary (Wozny) Nadonley. Survived by wife of 61 years, Pauline (Gula) Nadonley; children, Leonard D. Nadonley, Cindy, wife of Kerry Miller and Chris, wife of Kevin Kaiser; grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica and Jacob Nadonley; Jonathan and Marlayna Miller and Brandon and Katelyn Kaiser; brother, Clemens "Donny" Nadonley and wife, Blanche; sister, Leona, wife of Jim Bowser; and sisters-in-law, Helen Havrilak, Marge Enoch, Theresa Gula and Nancy Gula. U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. Len was the previous owner of the Blue Champagne Lounge and Windber NAPA Auto Parts. Leonard was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved listening to polkas. He was very proud of his family and loved spending time with them. He was an active member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Windber where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Interment, St. John Cantius Catholic Cemetery, Windber with Graveside Military Honors by Windber VFW Ritual Team. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at William Kisiel Funeral Home, Windber, where vigil for the deceased will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Windber in Leonard's memory.
