Lois T. Mazzocco
June 16, 1935 - July 19, 2023
Mazzocco, Lois T., 88, Cresson, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at the Celebration Villa of Altoona. Born June 16, 1935, Loretto, daughter of Edward and Susan (Biller) Little. Preceded in death by her parents, brother and five sisters. She was the last survivor of the Little family. Survived by her husband, Ronald C. Mazzocco, whom she married on August 18, 1956 and was to celebrate their 67th anniversary together this year; children, Lisa Mazzocco, Duncansville; Ronald B. Mazzocco and wife Tammy, Altoona; Lorie DeMarco and husband Joe, Indian Lake; 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Lois was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Cresson. She retired as a teacher's aide with Intermediate Unit 8. Lois was an avid reader and animal lover. She also enjoyed playing bingo and going to the beach. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends and family will be received Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 4-6 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cresson. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, July 24, 2023 at 10 a.m., St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Cresson, Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Committal and entombment at St. Francis Xavier Church Cemetery, Cresson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements have been entrusted to Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson, "Honored Provider of Veterans Funeral Care™." Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Orders placed in:
January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
