Survived by brother-in-law, John Slanoc, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews and their families. Mary, a 1956 graduate of South Fork-Croyle High School, was a devoted member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, where she cherished fellowship with friends. She shared a special bond with her beloved "fur companion," Hunter. But was truly happiest when she was surrounded by family and friends. Friends will be received from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2025, at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home Inc., South Fork. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, July 7, at Most Holy Trinty Catholic Church, Father Joseph C. Nale, celebrant. Committal, St. James Cemetery. Special thanks to her niece, Joy for all of the love, support, and care that she provided, and to her caregivers, Sue and Katie and the staff of Windber Hospice for their kindness and support.
