96, of Lilly passed away April 12, 2018 at Just Like Home, Personal Care, Cresson. She was the daughter of George and Regina (Pizzar) Klayko. Born October 14, 1921 in Lilly. Preceded in death by parents and husband George Puglise and brothers; Frank, Stanley, Walter, Leo and Joseph; sisters Edna Craine, Caroline Vermuelen and Anna Martynuska. Last survivor of immediate family. Devoted and loving mother of daughter Frances and husband Stush Racz and grandson Carmen and wife Arlene Puglise and three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. A special thanks to Just Like Home staff and Asera Hospice Care and Staff. Family and friends received Sunday April 15, 2018 4 to 8 pm at Thomas F. Cloherty Funeral Home where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass Monday 10am April 16, 2018 at Our Lady of The Alleghenies Chapel by Rev. Msgr. John R. Sasway, celebrant.
