Mazur, Mildred E. (Conrad), 99, Cresson, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 21, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born February 2, 1926, Ashville, daughter of the late Matthew and Dorothy (Wirtner) Conrad. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter M. Mazur. Also preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters, making her the last survivor of her siblings. Survived by her children, Daniel (Mary Agnes) Mazur of Palmyra, PA, Msgr. Robert Mazur of Cresson, and Therese (David) Rossman of Cresson; grandchildren, Timothy (Michelle) Mazur of Palmyra, Kathleen (Mark) Conaron of Spring City, PA, Patrick (Andrea) Mazur of Moorestown, NJ, Dr. Nicole (Mike) Clapper of Gallitzin, and Brad (Stacey) Rossman of Munster; 14 great grandchildren, Anya, Owen, Isla, Keegan, Brigid, Margaret, Noah, Andrew, Emma, Isaac, Anthony, Natalie, Michael, and Maria; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mildred was of strong faith and a devout Catholic. She was known as a hardworking woman and housewife where she was often found cleaning or cooking and baking for her family. In her spare time, she also enjoyed going to the casino, going to card parties, and playing rummy. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 4-8 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cresson. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 10 a.m., St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin. Committal St. Aloysius Cemetery, Cresson.
