A true gentleman who will be missed by many. One of my fondest memories of Phil was years ago when he gifted my daughter a Valentine monkey Webkin while her and I were grocery shopping. She is now a teenager and she still has that stuffed animal and is a proud employee of Stagers store. Love ya Phil! ❤
