Phyllis B. Henderson
97, Johnstown. Passed away February 25, 2020 at The Villa. Born December 15, 1922 in Johnstown. Daughter of Curtis and Ruth A. (Oakley) Barnhart. Preceded in death by her husband John "Jack," sister Dorothy Jean Anderson, brothers Curtis "Dan" and Clyde "Pete," and special friend Joe Kuhar. Survived by sons John C. married to Darlene (Greene) of FL, Gary married to Gabrielle (Polke) of Ajijic, Mexico, and Kent V married to Diane (Puckey) of Johnstown; grandchildren Troy, Jill Rupert, J.W., Katie Van Deursen; and great grandchildren Aidan and Bryn Henderson, Jake and Addison Rupert, and Hudson, Max and Hadley Van Deursen. In her early years, she was a Soda Jerk, Elevator Operator at Glosser Bros, and a Records Researcher for FBI. Friends will be received Thursday from Noon until time of Funeral Service at 2:00. Rev. Jack Rupert will be officiating. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
