65, of Johnstown died March 25, 2020, at Memorial Medical Center. Born October 26, 1954, in Johnstown the son of James and Eleanor (Sarisky) Tavalsky. Preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law, John Piskurich. Survived by his sister, Beverly (Tavalsky) Piskurich; brother, Aloysius Tavalksy and wife Joy; loving nieces, Kathy Ann Kapcsos and husband Ron Kapcsos, Jr.; Therese Rizzolino and husband Robert; and nephews Jason John Piskurich and wife Laura; Greg Tavalsky and wife Nancy; and Bruce Tavalsky. Also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Ron was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church where he enjoyed being an usher on Sundays; and Russian Club. Due to the Coronavirus there will be no visitation and a private funeral Mass will be held for immediate family at St. Therese Catholic Church, Fr. Bernard Karmanocky, O.F.M. I haven't seen Ron in years since I moved to Florida. We grew up together in Oakhurst, but was always fun to be around. I will miss seeing him when I come back home. RIP Ron, My sympathy to your family.

RONZO was a great guy, a lifetime friend, we shared alot of laughs and good times together. When I think back, Ronzo always had a joke or one liner to make you laugh or smile. I will miss Ronzo very much. GOD bless you Ronzo

Ronzo was a great friend to my husband Garry myself and are kids. I didn't get to see him much anymore. When we did see each other, we always talked about all the good times we shared with all are friends. He will be missed and thought of often. We will miss Ronzo much.

Offen think of him with a smile. Just saw him about two weeks ago, same old Zo,
" How's it goin sunshine? Told me his cat Romeo passed and I know how much he loved that cat. I saw them sing
together total truth!!!! Well now they can make the angels smile , just like they did me! I'll miss them both.😥
