Hooversville, PA - CHIZMAR - Sandra Lee, 72, Hooversville, passed away on Monday, Oct. 27, 2025. Born on March 24, 1953, to the late John and Helen (Maydak) Chizmar. Survived by sister, Deborah Chizmar-Miller (Victor); three nieces; one nephew; and two grandnieces. Sandra was a member of the Flood City Church. She loved her family, and she will be deeply missed by them. Memorial donations may be made in Sandra's honor to the Flood City Church, 1723 Scalp Ave., Johnstown, PA 15904.
