56, of Portage, passed away October 11, 2021 at home. Born July 3, 1965, in Windber, the daughter of Alfred T. Sr. and Mary (Luszik) Grobosky. Preceded in death by her husband Michael Costlow. She is survived by her parents; brother; Alfred (Nancy) Grobosky, Jr.; and sisters; Judith (Timothy) Fleegle, and Donna (Paul) Shandor; Also survived by nieces and nephews; Timothy Fleegle, Jessica Marshall, Michael Shandor, Lindsay Bodenschatz and Michelle Bodenschatz; and great nieces and nephews, Layla Miller, Wes Marshall, Talis Marshall; William and Alex Bodenschatz. She will be sadly missed by her partner and companion Patrick McIntosh. She was a caregiver and her ability to care for her patients was outstanding; she really loved her patients. Our hearts are broken but we know she's in a better place. At Shirleys request there will be no public visitation, all are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Wilmore, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Father Joseph Nale officiating.
